Interns and mentors collaborating in an educational setting

Internship programme

We host a limited number of interns each term so supervision stays meaningful. You will shadow experienced staff, complete reflective logs, and—where competency is demonstrated—take supervised segments of lessons or registry tasks.

Who should apply

Teacher trainees

University-backed trainees needing verified classroom hours within Sylhet division, comfortable with uniformed campus culture and punctual reporting.

Administrative fellows

Graduates exploring admissions, data, or communications work who can commit to at least eight consecutive weeks.

Weekly rhythm

  1. Monday briefing — priorities from your mentor and safeguarding reminders.
  2. Midweek practice — observed activity with structured feedback.
  3. Friday reflection — short written log submitted through the mentor.
